How to take it.
Active response

RESTORE timing
Take in the morning with food. Vitamins A, D, and E are fat-soluble and absorb best alongside a meal containing fat.
DEFEND timing
Take any time, with or without food. Many people prefer afternoon or evening to space the two formulas across the day.
Maintenance
For long-term support, reduce to 1 capsule of RESTORE daily, or 1 capsule of RESTORE plus 1 capsule of DEFEND daily. Both are safe for sustained use.*
